Magic the Gathering Legends

Got my Man-Wolf as well yesterday, and was kind of terrified at the ease that the bottom jaw comes out. That’s just asking to get lost someday.
The jaw on mine didn't pop out, but it does take a little nudging to get it to close properly. It's often crooked on mine.

But there was still one loose arrow! Why not just make them all loose? The first fully functional quiver with actual arrows...
Dang it. I just modified my post saying that. I didn't see your post because it was on the next page.

Is MJ in the Iron Spider costume canon? I've only been finding cover art in Google image searches. I can see it being just a money grab to have her dressed that way on a cover, but did she ever appear this way in an actual comic?

Pretty sure she wore it in just 1 issue. Can't remember it off the top of my head.

edit:
Mary Jane Watson wore the Iron Spider outfit in "The Amazing Spider-Man #15" (2015). In this comic, she dons the suit during a storyline where Peter Parker is dealing with various challenges, and it showcases her as a strong ally in his superhero endeavors. This moment highlights her character's evolution and her active role in Peter's life as Spider-Man.

Had to edit the edit as AI was wrong.

If you have a comic book reader, you can download the issue here:

Now that I've had time to properly play and pose Stargod/Man-Wolf, I can say he's easily in my top 5 Legends figure for 2025. I absolutely love the neck fur piece. Making him look up to howl and that fur being there just looks so awesome. Smooth joints as well.

Honestly, my only critique is he doesn't have the leg strap and dagger. Mild complaint of no boot swivel, but he looks so damn good, I'm just stoked to have him.

I like him a lot too. However, I hate it when a figure with a bow and arrow can't hit the "nocked and drawn" pose.

Opened beat up Pete. He sure is beat up. I can kinda see why Hasbro leans more towards colored plastic over using paint, because the paints are so so on this guy. But the sculpt is there! Scratch marks on the arm? Sculpted. Torn holes in costume? Sculpted. Even the tear around the back that leads to the right butterfly joint - Sculpted. The web shield is an appropriate accessory as defense after a beating. The slung web, less appropriate because he doesn’t come with hands to grip it. Thwipp pair, wall crawl pair, fist pair. The unmasked head is likely the same sculpt we’ve gotten for years, just with a better beat up face print. I dig it a lot and he will live on my desk for quite a while.

Saw the MTG battle damaged Spider-Man and Agent Anti-Venom at Target today. If they had Man-Wolf, I would have gotten him. For some reason, I wasn't expecting these to show up at Target stores.

Good to know they’re showing up at Target? Or good to know I didn’t think they would? I just assumed these were fan channel only. At least at Target, there’s a chance for these overpriced figures to drop in price. And Target often has toy sales, especially as we near the holidays.

I think only Venom and Spidey are mass retail, since Walmart never put the other two up. But things change, so...
