I finally saw Weird: The Al Yankovic Story. I think I laughed through the entire damned thing! Just more and more absurd as it went on.

I feel like I'm the only person that didn't enjoy the weird al movie.

Heh, well I definitely recognize it isn't for everyone, but that kind of humor, when done well, tends to get me.

When I started watching it, I thought it was a serious thing...then I figured out better.

Took my son to see A Minecraft Movie. Let’s just say it was not my cup of tea. He liked it though, so it was a win.

Rewatched Heat today. Yes, for Val Kilmer, though it's something I watch every six months or so anyway.

King Kong, 1933. Don't think I've ever seen it all the way through in decades--if ever; and definitely not this, the most complete version with almost all of the later censorship cuts reinstated. Holy cats! That film is brutally violent and beautifully made. After decades of Kong related adventure/fantasy epics it's easy to forget the original was a straight-up Horror film. Outside of War films, I wonder how many other films can compare to the amount of graphic deaths in this film up to the time of its release. The technical invention on that film is still a marvel.

Well now you've got me curious and I may need to look up this version.

Finally sat down and watched Mutant Mayham. Freaking great movie. Have they announced anything about a sequel?
