A big bump but don't be fooled by it. Sometime during the day yesterday it went up in the number of backers by at least 700 backers. So most likely international backers were added into the total. If you take out that bump it was still only somewhere between 100-172 backers added. That is nowhere near enough of a jump with only a couple days left.

Now is the time to start seeing this jump up by at leaps and bounds and it doesn't seem to be happening (without the international backer addition). Maybe more and more people will jump in now that the numbers had a big bump, but tomorrow's update will be telling.
 
I'm curious, those of you backing this, if any of you are, are you okay with it not hitting any of the tiers? I'm not backing this one because I don't have the money currently. I do have the Barge and the Cantina (which I'm still waiting for, ugh), and normally I'm not one to be so picky about what "comes with" the initial offering. Like I was fine with Giant Man not getting that Skrull head. Though I was upset the cantina didn't get that last figure...

SO, I'm just wondering, the Gunship feels pretty blah to me as an offering. Two pilots. No effect parts, nothing really making it wow me. Just size. The tiered figures are pretty lackluster choices, even if they are scene relevant. Is the gunship itself a big enough draw for the price? While true they'll probably release those Jedi later, it still feels like a sting in the ass not to get them.

I thought this needed to be within 3,000 on the last day to have a chance - so being within 2,500 seems doable. I get what you mean about the trend line indicating it wasn't getting a lot of momentum in backers the last week so that is an issue, but to me the difference between needing 3,200 and 2,500 the last weekend moves me from thinking "Very Unlikely" to "Probably?".

I think if they had added the equivalent of a Clone 4-pack (like they have on Pulse), maybe a squad that hasn't been available in awhile, it would have gone a long way to help this. I'd assume simple clone repaints would have a lower cost to Hasbro than new Jedi sculpts, so why not have the tiers be more clones? Start the thing with pilots and gunners, then add officers and troops.

The tiers are pretty inconsequential to me on this one, and I think that’s a failure on Hasbro’s part.

I like Fac’s idea of troops instead. Honestly I feel like more troops should have been in the base offering, and the tiers should have been new versions of the smaller vehicles that fit in the ships cargo.
 
Gunners at a minimum should have been included. Why pilots and not gunners? Jedi had no business being tiers to begin with. Colman was a corpse before they even showed up.

Picked up a little which is a positive sign. It is so hard to say how this will go because it should be getting much higher daily backer increases now, but it is within striking distance of funding on the last day.
 
That Haslab that's closest in comparison is the Giant Man one, right? It didn't fund until the last 24 hours from what I recall.

Well here we are. This "should" fund today because the numbers seem to finally be going in the right direction, but I highly doubt any of the tiers are going to unlock. The only caveat is how fast this can get to funding. If it can fund with 6+ hours left a tier could get unlocked. However if this takes most of the day to unlock it is unlikely any tier gets unlocked.
 
Less than 400 away, sure looks like it will happen now at the current rate. Curious about tiers though. Seems pretty unlikely though.
 
Im very pleasantly surprised at the turn around here. I thought it was doomed, but so happy to be wrong!

If it keeps the current steam for a few more hours, I feel like the 1st tier is a lock now.
 
The first tier is the best one and most unique to the arena on Geonosis. The other 2 Jedi could easily come in an “Arrest the Chancellor” set with Mace, Kit, and Palpatine later on. Just a shame value-wise they wouldn’t be included. Awful tiers certainly didn’t help this campaign any.
 
So it has funded with over 4 hours to go. Currently 8,104 so there is a chance for the first tier, but unless there is some kind magical increase in backers over the next 4 hours I can't see this getting to the second tier.

If this does not even get to 10,000 backers the secondary market on this will rival the Khetanna and Unicron in a couple years. For me it would be just over $700Cdn to back (I'm not backing) and that is with Premium saving me on shipping and the Haslab premium. I saw someone else in Canada post that without Premium it would come out to around $830Cdn. NOPE!!!!!!

It is scary to think what the SW team will think they can do and charge for the next Haslab.........
