Jazwares Stranger Things.

Oh damn, didn't realize they did two scales.

I love the show and it's been a family watch for the last few years (we're slowly making our way through a rewatch now, leading into the final season), but there's never been anything I really would need on the shelf. Even the monsters,.as neat as they are on screen, don't tug at me like some things I need on the shelf.

The Demogorgon looked good from this line. But just Eleven and Dustin are a weird combo.

Honestly, if McFarlane had just gotten to Max, that would pretty much work. If they'd done Steve and Max instead of Hawaiian Hopper and Eleven, we'd be missing major characters, but we'd have the basics.

If they did the face print like hasbro, and included all kinds of nostalgia items from the era from the kids's bedrooms, I'd be all in on the line. Like, hard all in.

Don't know why this is a franchise that just can't seem to get it right with the figures. Funko's had no problem with their output, but McFarlane and Bandai both crashed and burned pretty hard, though the former at least got out the core kids. Not sure how I feel about the output so far here- the 3 3/4 inch line seems to have more offerings- Demogorgon, Eleven, Dustin, Will, Mike, Steve, and Hopper, though the latter 2 seem to be confined to sets for now. Not super stoked at lines like this or Simpsons splitting up their offerings between 2 scales- one, if not both, are bound to overtake the other at some point, and rarely is it the scale I decided to go with. 😅

I don't think these look half bad in the 6-in scale. I'd have to see it in person but I actually like the 11 including the face apps.

Hmmm...I might snag a Demogorgon to put with my horror monster shelf, but the kids don't look good at all to me.

REALLY curious what the 6 inch scale looks like. I was always really angry about how shoddy McFarlane's figures were because I really wanted a decent Jim Hopper.

I’m content with the McFarlane figures, they work with all my 7” scale movie figures and fit in with the strong ‘80s theme of those shelves. These honestly look very cheap.
