It's more than likely a restock on their part, or their first time getting the wave. I've had Ralph chillin' on my shelf for a few months now; half the wave (Burns and Flanders) are sold out on BBTS, but the others are still up, so they've definitely come out before. Distribution with the line has been super shoddy, so who knows if they've gotten it before or are just getting it now. But if they have one available that you're looking for, definitely grab it! You may not get another chance!
