Jada Toys Scooby Doo

Zombie is actually a nice surprise. He was the only monster I had a toy of growing up, so he has some odd personal nostalgia. Headless Horseman is a bit of a niche pull. A cool one, don't get me wrong- I dig the look of him, but like ya'll said, there are other more classic ones I'd want first, and will be bummed if we don't get. The Green Phantoms are top of my list, personally, but technically that would only have to be 1 release, as long as we get 2 heads.

I could maybe see Scrappy anchoring a wave as the gang member, but are Scooby Dum and Dee really that popular to anchor a wave? They feel more like exclusives to me. I think we're more likely to get variants of the gang first- red shirt Shaggy, Scooby in disguise, etc. I'm more than happy to be wrong, but I feel like I never hear people talk about Dum and Dee as much. Heck, part of me feels like we're more likely to get Flim-Flam before them, even if he is kinda the human Scrappy.

But yeah, at this point I'm more worried about monsters going unmade more than I am the Mystery Inc gang.

Yeah, I feel like he was never really mentioned there for a while, but in the last couple years I've been seeing him more and more. Maybe just because people recognize the folklore version and so they're more likely to be interested if they see him on Scooby stuff? But I was a Scooby fiend growing up, and I don't honestly remember the episode he was in. But I guess, considering it was a Scooby-Doo & Dynomutt Hour episode, that opens up the possibilities for villains and side characters for the line. In theory.

Ooh, variants are a good call. Scrappy could start some 13 Ghosts variants. Red shirt Shaggy and Daphne at least. And a second Scooby with different head sculpts. That's six more ghosts right there.

Did Scooby have recurring villains? I know the intro showcased a bunch, but actual episodes were all one-offs?
Not really, at least that I remember. I know they re-used the Green Phantom character models for the Technicolor Phantoms/Ice Cream Ghosts later on, but they're different monsters. I guess maybe you could count Red Herring in Pup Named Scooby Doo, or Professor Pericles from Mystery Incorporated, but other than a couple cameos here and there, I think the vast majority were one-offs.
