Okay I actually tell myself Blue Guile doesn't exist cos I'm never finding him. I hope they put out like, a desert brown variant or something since I'd like to have a player one / player two for each character before the line is done.

Yeah Tan Guile is absolutely the alt I want, mostly from owning the old GI JOE, lol

Check Canadian retailers. I think it's EB "exclusive" but other stores have had them somehow.

I could see if my local EB is still sitting on blue Guile and the SDCC Bison and Dhalsim, but I'm sure with shipping it just balances out to whatever you'd pay in the US aftermarket. But let me know. They don't really move up here.
 
Can someone refresh my memory on which figures came out this year? Was it Blanka, Sagan, and Vega? I need to do my top 10 of the year list and this line will, of course, need to have heavy representation.
 
I can't go down the P2 rabbit hole, but Sagat, Blanka, and Vega may just all have to be on my list. This line is so good. Can't wait for Honda and Balrog next year!
 
Legit seriously cannot wait to get my hands of Balrog. He's been my go-to character since SF4 in '09. His playstyle felt like it evolved so much it made him so fun to play, that I started to REALLY get into his look.

Having this and having the Arena line in hand...

I hate saying it, but I really start to see the faults in the Jada offerings. It feels like back in the day when we had SOTA doing SF and Jazwares at the same time. Night and day.
 
Jada toys is so much better than anything coming of out Mattel or Hasbro that I haven’t been disappointed with any of them, even though in some respects I think the storm arena might be better.

But storm arena ARE slightly more expensive, quite a bit harder to get, and imo less likely to complete the roster.

How are they harder to get? They are available to preorder on BBTS right now. Pretty simple, you ask me.

The Akuma from Jada that I paid for was 29.99. That was from Die Cast Wholesaler.

Ryu and Ken from Arena were both 26.99 at BBTS.

I have Sagat coming in and he's going to be 36.99 from Storm. The Jada Sagat was 39.99.

I mean, it's fine to have a preference, but you don't need to make things up.
 
I've got all of the Jada Street Fighter stuff so far (minus the variants) and have Akuma, Balrog and E Honda pre-ordered through BBTS. I have yet to buy a Storm Collectibles figure but have the Storm Arena Street Fighter Alpha 3 Dan and Nash pre-ordered to give them a shot. What's hilarious about that is that I'm not even a fan of Street Fighter at all. I'm a Mortal Kombat guy, but just love these figures anyway!
