It's hard for me not to buy any, and I have almost no connection to Street Fighter. My only ties to the franchise are the old SOTA figures that I bought before I was as disciplined, and an animated movie I have no memory of that I watched around the same time.
Vega is one where I may pass on until we either get a deluxe alt announced with his proper arms as swappable parts, or just pray that Storm Arena has him in the next wave. I heard the way the arms are was mandated by Capcom though, so who's to say if Storm Arena would get it on model.
Before my time. I'm going to play all the MvC-like games when Capcom's Fighting Game Collection hits a decent sale on Steam. Not even X-Men vs. Street Fighter?! What is this madness?

At a glance I couldn't even tell you what's wrong with Vega's arms, to be honest. It's been 20 yeas since I played Street Fighter.
They're mirrored, based on SF4 and SF5's in-game models, rather than the character's actual design from Street Fighter 2 onwards. Capcom mandate to make it as such.
Maybe you saw the recently-released Storm version? He looks a bit darker.I never saw Red Chun-Li. I'm pretty happy with Player 1 and Player 2, but if I saw Red in the wild I'd pick her up.
I was doing a quick scroll somewhere on social media today and thought I saw a player 2 Blanka? Might've been hallucinating. Darker colors, more brown than green. Might have been seeing things though.
Yeah, it had to be a storm version I saw - it looked like one of the second-from-the-right versions.Maybe you saw the recently-released Storm version? He looks a bit darker.

I'm guessing we get the blue w/yellow version next. Personally I'd like the teal w/green, or grey-green w/grass green versions most! Monochromatic color palettes generally look sharp on toys.
