Iron man armour help please

Speaking of the Iron Man Retro Card waves, where is the rumored wave this year with the rumored Mandarin?
There hasn't been even the slightest hint or whisper about another wave.

I would love to get the Modular exclusive, but I don't really need the canon, even though it is cool. And I would take the deluxe WM over the retro card for the Rhodey head and silver underarmor. The retro looks white and doesn't have the Rhodey head. And the single card Modular is too gold. It looks odd. Plus, again, the big one comes with a Stark head, and an alternate helmet. Those heads would be a definite incentive for me. They look like they did in the cartoon.

Did the “plasma cannon” that came with the retro modular Iron Man exclusive end up sort of small? I’m not sure if I’m remembering correctly but in my mind’s eye it’s taller than Iron Man and the toy ended up with it being about the same height as him.
