Iron man armour help please

If I were to get armours/armors based on what appeared in the 90s Iron Man cartoon, would figures would I need to get to best represent that? Any info would be welcome and much appreciated.

What figures of allies and enemies also fit in well with the IM animated series? I imagine any Avengers that showed up had their 90s costumes.

Thank you, I have both of those and the deluxe and retro War Machine, I also have the War Machine repaint of the Modular armor.
I want to make space for more of the 90s based legends coming out especially X-men 97 stuff.
So I can sell off all the other armors and any unnecessary figures to make space? I want to be 100% sure as in my experience is easier to sell off figures than track down figures later on.

Tony also used the Stealth Armor and Hulkbuster Armor in the show.

As well as a bunch of other armors that haven’t gotten figures. Like Space, Hydro, Radiation, Lava, Ice, Samurai had a figure, Drill, etc…

That's a pretty impressive list of Iron Man rogues we've gotten so far! I'd love to knock out more of the needs list, though.

Blizzard in the Iron Man Cartoon is actually an amalgamation of the two Blizzard costumes and I would argue the ML Blizzard is closer to the cartoon than the original costume:

I suppose so. I focus on the mask details. And the fact that the 5” Blizzard figure used the name of Blizzard 1 on his collector card thing.

Those retro carded Iron Man and War Machine figures are my favorite carded ML.

That line was the peak of the 5” Toybiz stuff for me. I loved the chromed out armor and the cardbacks were just a lot more striking than the other lines had. The line maintained great consistency and got so much of the supporting cast made that we almost got Force Works.

The Iron Man Retro wave we got last year was awesome, but it weirded me out that Whiplash was the only one that was on that 5” card.
