Are they sculpted/designed by the same people from did Mety's TMNT? The style is so similar (but also somehow nicer).

These look nice but I've already got the Mety line going. Plus I'm not seeing any alternate head sculpts in with the accessories on these. HeatBoys anything usually has a high price tag. The skateboards are a nice bonus though.
