I know Lara is part of the GI Joe Classified line, and this thread could very easily go there - but what I'd love to see is for this figure to sell so well that they not only decided to spin off and make a few more Lara's in a dedicated Tomb Raider line, they explore some other classic Video Game properties.
Specifically, it would be incredible if Hasbro had their GI Joe team help out with Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil lines. I know both properties have been pretty much exclusively handled by imports companies since the Toy Biz and Palisades/McFarlane/Neca Waves - but Classified is a perfect template for both properties. The licensing fees would probably be a pain, but couldn't be more than the Disney/Marvel tax. The ideal of having a shelf with Metal Gear Solid Snake, Meryl, Liquid, Ocelot and another shelf with Chris, Jill, Clare and Leon with some Zombies to start... it almost seems too perfect. Plus, I would happily replace my McFarlane Metal Gear, Toy Biz Resident Evil, Palisades Resident Evil, and NECA Resident Evil shelves with properly articulated 6 inch scale figures.
