Hasbro possibly doing Tron?

Says December, so probably July or August?

I'm gonna do it, they can hang with my Cyberpunk shelf.

I feel like these are also gonna be dependent on how they actually look in person. I don't know how comfy I feel that the boxed photos are still 3D renders, and I have to assume that the posed photos are nicely dressed up prototypes. Plus, while I don't necessarily love blank expression faces, I feel like the smirking expressions they chose for CLU and Quorra have a non-zero chance of looking a bit rough when all is said and done. At least Quorra comes with a more neutral headsculpt, and worse comes to worse, we can just cover them up with helmets.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not getting them at full price no matter what, but if they look decent enough, I may bite when they go on decent enough discount.

I preordered. Couldn’t help it. The character designs are awesome, and the photos show off some nice functional articulation. The price per figure isn’t great, but I’ve paid a lot more for other figures. Buy both sets and you get a nice complete collection for the movie.

Hasbro has really impressed me with expressions with every passing release across all lines, so I have faith.

I am curious, did they say if these were Legends scaled or more true 1:12 like Star Wars? I'm guessing the latter.

They were made by the Legends team, so I'm guessing it's the former.

These look good, but them being exclusive and so expensive, man what a let down.

I always liked Tron, but not enough to throw down on these. It makes me wish they had a contract for several films from a studio and release several figures from several different IP's owned by the same studio. I will be down for a Maximilian from the Black Hole. Make a Disney live action SciFi/Adventure line.
