Harvinger Studios, Savage Crucible

Yeah, I was the same way, bought a few lizards and fish men initially then skipped wave 2 during the Kickstarter and the other preorder. But I've heard a lot of good things and after watching a few YouTube reviews, I figured I better grab a couple while I can.

Yeah, the fish dudes look really cool.
I was going to get more humans until I saw they're charging 70 USD for them. I'm good, fam. That's too much.

That's gotta be Canadian. They were $50 for me (which is still a bit high, IMO. I'm pretty sure they were $40 during the Kickstarter. And yeah, I get it with KS prices, but it's still a big jump.)
Oh, that's annoying. The store must auto-convert currency, but it doesn't actually say 'Canadian Dollars' ANYWHERE and that scared me off.

I bought the ball and chain barbarian and this guy.

My 2 lizards should be here Monday from my other order.

What exactly is the situation with the feet and what am I buying if I want to make sure I'm good?

Did they update that? Am I buying an accessory pack with the figure?l to rectify it?

If you are buying from their site direct, look for the lizard figure you want, and make sure there is a $1 foot set that's labeled as the same character. I believe from all the talk I've seen here and elsewhere, the new feet are flatter on the underside and had the toe hinge removed.

Their website says all current orders of lizard figures come with the flat feet as well as the old feet, with no need to order them separately.

This is correct.

The separate feet are ONLY for people that bought the Lizards from someone other than Harvinger directly and therefore didn't get the free foot upgrade. If you're buying a lizard right now from Harvinger, you'll get the extra feet automatically. As said, the new feet are flatter on the bottom and don't have the toe-hinge that kept making the figures fall over.

I manage to miss that and ordered some extra feet then for no reason... ah well...

I've avoided this line until today. I didn't have interest in any of the non-human characters and was unsure about a startup company despite having bought a lot of MAFC stuff previously. But looking at the final products now- wow, they look great. Just bought Who-Man, Nashorn and the Frazetta Warrior.

Frazetta Warrior.
Going through my stuff today - I think at this particular moment Frazetta Warrior might be one of my favorite figures in my entire collection. Obviously there's a bias there as I love barbarians, sword guys, Conan, and grew up looking at Frazetta paintings. But he really does strike that fantastic balance between something that looks amazing on the shelf, but is very playable (and is so poseable for both play and display).

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE looking at my Mezco Conan figures, but I'd also never take them down to really 'play' with them in any kind of rough way. I treat them very delicately and that makes them just a little less fun. And they're not as poseable. They do come with a lot more stuff, though, so there's that.

Knowing the 70 dollar price tag is in CAD, I went back and looked again and still couldn't bring myself to buy any more figures. 28 dollars in shipping for even one figure is ... a lot. I'd probably do it for Nashorn or Frazetta, but I don't want Who-Man or Krieger enough to spend that, I think. I really only want either of them for the parts to make characters with stuff from the Raider pack.
