Elric I would assume the swords and portraits. I mean the helmet, shins, and belt are probably the exclusive to Death Dealer figure parts. Those are very recognizable from the paintings. But, y'know, those are assumptions. But then again (swervin' ya like I'm Russo,) they do work very closely with the Frazetta Museum and tease the are doing more Frazetta figures so they have a working relationship which may allow them to reuse everything but Death Dealer's helmet.
 
Yeah I definitely think their close relationship with Frankie and the Frazetta museum indicates that their licensing agreement with them would be very permissive when it comes to reuse. I think he's been in more livestreams than some of their actual staff... Most Frazetta designs are relatively generic anyway but I agree with you about which parts of DD's armour seem too unique for reuse. I'd expect a lot of the Kubla Khan parts to pop up in other figures down the line.
