Ghostbusters General Thread

I probably wouldn’t get her either way, but I prefer this look since it’s how I remember her. Clever way to release her to try and make her feel like she’s worth the assumed $202 asking price.
 
Daaaaaaamn it. That looks awesome. I think I will probably get that Janine. i want her in the Ghostbusters Uniform, but like Misfit said, this is just how I remember her most. I love the accessories too.

Also, I don't know if you guys knew, but the Glow in the Dark Ecto-1 is up for pre order on Hasbro Pulse.
 
She does need the desk, especially if they ever do more with the Firehouse, but I would've liked her to come with a big ghost instead. Oh well, not like I'll skip her anyways!
 
Anyone see the Haslab packaging from today's Press Breakfast? Starts around 30 seconds into the video:


It's the toolbox from the movie with all sorts of neat callbacks on the outside. The interesting thing is that the packaging is 2 boxes. The top red box only comes with those who ordered the deluxe version because it contains the extras (along with the grey bottom box). Also it has the sleeve you see in the video. The grey box contains the base package and will be the only box those who backed the base offering will get, along with a separate sleeve.

Definitely a cool choice.
 
This is definitely my first choice look for Janine. I’ll get whatever the basic version of her is, equivalent to the single sets for the GBs. I could have called it finished at Ray, but she just looks so good.
 
I'm so upset with myself that I forgot to order Winston and Sandman. I'm all in on the Busters and the big ghosts, so I'll have to eBay that set later. They look phenomenal all together though (which makes my goof up hurt even more). I REALLY like how Janine is looking too. Though it makes me wonder if we can get a kind of cheap diorama to set her in.
 
When is the Hasbro GITD Real Ghostbusters set supposed to be on Hasbro Pulse? I’m not seeing it listed with the other exclusives going up tomorrow.

No official info on the date has given anywhere that I’ve seen. Maybe they sold out, I don’t know…

I know that I’m not going to buy the other Ecto Glow products if I can’t get the figures. I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking that and I would hope Hasbro realizes that.
 
Surely the GITD Ghostbusters will go up tomorrow with the other items. But like scottg10 said, if I can't get the 4 figures, I definitely don't want the Ecto-1, Slimer, or Stay Puft.

They’re going up at the same time as the rest tomorrow (along with Beyblade, if anyone cares about that).
 
Let's just hope Hasbro 1.) lets us check out and doesn't declare us a bot, then 2.) doesn't cancel our orders and send us the "problem with payment" e-mail even though we use the payment method we always use.

But I'm a Premium Member. So, at 1:00 I'll give it a go.
 
I don't have a Premium membership, but it looks like the Ecto Glow Ghostbusters are a pre-order so I think anyone who wants them should be able to place an order. Which makes sense since they're trying to sell that glow Ecto-1.
 
I guess someone asked at SDCC if Hasbro would do a Haslab on Pulse for a Real Ghostbusters Firehouse playset. They more or less said no/not likely. They said there aren't enough sales and fan demand for the Ghostbusters brand to risk doing it, especially since they said it would likely cost $300 like the current Mattel Snake Lair crowd fund.

But did any of you buy the Ecto Glow figures today? I heard today on Pulse when the Con exclusives went on sale was pretty rough.
