General Marvel Legends

He's the last one we need to complete the original Avengers.
I still have the ToyBiz early Green Hulk for this purpose - they did a pretty great job on that headsculpt. But a green repaint of the Grey Hulk from the Banner/Hulk two-pack seems like low hanging fruit...

Not if it was a demon horse.

Which, IIRC, it was.

I've read like 80 million comics over the course of 60 something years. It's hard to keep all the little details straight sometimes.

Anyway. Banner turned into the Hulk in New Mexico and there's the Hulk on a horse. You can vote for him. He's fair game.

Vote for THIS version of the Hulk:

Thank you, @Beamish, for the idea.
I don't want a Hulk with 3 toes on each foot.

I still keep my FA Toybiz Hulk. Hasbro Grey Hulk is too big; too defined in his musculature. It's less suggestive of those early issues. Grey Hulk goes with Avengers' shelf. He wasn't even Grey then but early Hulk is Avengers Hulk. Regular Green Hulk goes on the Defenders' shelf.

I haven't participated in any of the polls or wishlists because ML isn't my main focus these days, and any figures that I might want will get released, or not, and I'm fine either way.Especially with prices as they are right now.

I know the Diamond version hasn't even been put up for Pre-Order yet - but I'd love to see a non-powered up Astonishing Emma with the double jointed elbows and a soft goods cape. They did it for Doom - do it for this.

I've never read any Western Marvel. I find nothing about it attractive. That is a corner of the MU that I'll likely never tread.
Honestly, it's the same for me. Now, if I actually could vote for a Cassaday Lone Ranger and Tonto, I'd do it in a heartbeat, but alas, no chance of that happening.

Posted this thought in a different thread, but it's probably better here: anyone else want Hasbro to finish the VHS X-Men?

I was just moving some X-stuff around and reminded that we never got VHS Rogue, Gambit or Beast. I would like to complete this set so would definitely not be opposed to them revisiting this concept with those characters and getting them out in VHS boxes - leave the spines the same design and cardboard material (so they MATCH), but now with a plastic window on the front, or a flap.

I would also love a cel-shaded Phoenix - Dark and regular, but Dark more* - with accurate big hair so there's a good four/five right there. Xavier also deserves one, so they could finally release a pinless green-suit Charles.

I don't know that I need a ton more cel-shaded stuff, but I liked most of those "expressions" of the characters and definitely want the boxes to finish the display.

*This custom was on Mercari and it's really close to what I'd like Dark Phoenix to look like:

I don't consider that cel shading, that's closer to comic crosshatched inks. Animation cells would rarely have that much detail. That's what they did with SMTAS Daredevil, and I don't keep him with that collection, I put him with the Mirage TMNT.

I would be okay with Hasbro returning to the VHS line for X-Men if they were going to do a better job. I look at the releases in that line and I like Wolverine, Sinister, and Cyclops. Storm is okay. Jubilee, Jean, Mystique and Morph are kind of terrible. And even with Wolverine, the cel-shading kind of sucks. I don't know what possessed them to use that mustard shade of yellow. If they're committed to actually producing characters that look like they came out of the show then I'm all for getting a Rogue, Gambit, Beast, Magneto, Sabretoooth (especially) and an Xavier, provided he has a show-accurate hoverchair. I don't think they're going back there though. I think they view the 97 line as basically a continuation of that one
