General Marvel Legends

Just got the 'arriving soon' e-mail from BBTS for the X-Force 2 pack with Warpath and X-23. So I guess that should be here soon.
 
Pulse using DHL is such a downgrade. Their shipping used to take about two days and sometimes only one, but now it takes a week or more for DHL to strap Pulse packages to whatever narcoleptic donkeys they're using and then take a day or two to hand it off to the USPS. :unsure:

I'd love an explanation for how DHL is able to deliver my Mafex figures from Japan in two days, but delivering from a state or two away in the US takes a week or more. :oops: I guess you're paying a lot more for international shipping so that's the explanation? I had never even had DHL deliver anything domestically until Pulse recently started using them; I think I assumed they were mostly an international shipper until now.
 
Yeah I hate DHL and it is enough for me to let my Pulse premium lapse when it comes up for renewal and Pulse will only be used for exclusives from now on.
 
Gamerverse venom arrived yesterday from Amazon. Haven't gotten around to opening it, but he's huge

Let us know what you think when you get him open. I had him pre-ordered through Amazon as well but decided to cancel last minute. The $60 price was just a bit too much for me. I originally had Venom, Kingpin, Brooklyn 2099 Miles, Upgraded Suit Miles and Black Cat all on pre-order but trimmed it down to just Kingpin and the Brooklyn 2099 suit for now. I'll probably circle back to the others if they ever get marked down 30% or more. Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts!

Curious if the Venom is an upgrade to some of the previous ones. I balked at the 60 dollar price too but... I'm weak and might grab him later if he's available.
 
I mean this venom is like twice the size of any previously released Venom in Legends... so its like an entirely different thing rather than an upgrade
 
I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but - is there any version of Venom in the comics that comes close to this size? I think the Monster Venom BAF is the biggest I need him to be, but I'm tempted to big up this big boy anyway cause he looks great.
 
Yeah, he's like putting a 12" figure with your Legends.

Was he even this huge in the game? Been so long for me.

Still. Unlike most large figures he poses up as a Spider character should, plus that drool accessory.

He's cool as hell and I just love the black suit, so he lives with me now.
