General Marvel Legends

Rassmfrassm summbeoch. Got my Marvel Ulimited figure today and as soon as I saw the box, I feared (rightly so) the worst. Open it up and got last years Knight Spider instead of this years Spider-Woman. $#!+!! I've emailed them with a picture and we shall see what they do. I asked them to send me the correct one and a return label and all should be good.
Finally got a proper response 2 days ago. Just saw the email now. They are sending the proper gift box. No mention of a return label, so looks like I'm lucking out and getting to keep both. That's cool of them. They probably don't need the old sets anymore.

Same for me. DHLing the box to USPS to give to me so who knows when I'll see it. Hopefully it's not the 2024 box again.

Both my #1 and #3 most wanted characters on my Top 10 list have been revealed - Deathbird and Skurge. Same with my #5 most wanted character on my Update/Redo list - Werewolf By Night. I'm thrilled to mark off all of my lists!
Oddly enough, removing Skurge bumped Triton and Gorgon to the #10 spot, but then they were removed, too! In one month I removed four characters off my Top 10 list!

Here's how it stands now:
1) Jack of Hearts
2) Mantis
3) Gargoyle
4) Attuma
5) Swarm
6) Firebird
7) Red Wolf
8) Two-Gun Kid
9) Stingray
Now officially joining my Top 10:
10) Starhawk, Martinex, Charlie-27 and Nikki
I lump them all together, similar to how I count Hepzibah and Raza, who are just shy of joining my Top 10.

Skurge was my #1 most wanted, so glad he’s checked off now. That moves the Warriors Three and Balder to the top two spots.
  1. Warriors Three
  2. Balder
  3. Simonson Beta Ray Bill
  4. Karnilla
  5. Simonson Loki
  6. Simonson Kurse
  7. Dargo Ktor Thor
  8. Frenz Kevin Masterson Thunderstrike II
  9. Mangog
  10. Zarrko the Tomorrow Man
Don’t get me wrong, there’s many unmade Avengers and Serpent Society I want, but you guys know me.

B.A.D. Girls for life!

MTO wise, I do like it, and am a little sad i missed out on some of the Marvel Haslabs I'd be interested in. Like, the one I was around for was Giant-Man, and
a) he looked dumb
b) He's Giant-Man

Dragon man is cool as heck, and I bit the bullet on Mephisto, but I have the old toybiz apocalypse, and also don't care much about that dude, so i can skip him.

A mangog though? I am there for the sum total of the hatred of a billion billion beings

I think they’ll release a horse with rider. Hasbro likes to sell you a complete package. Ie horse/vehicle and rider/pilot/driver. Look at their GIJoe line. Pilots and drivers included. People can double dip if they want extra horses, and Hasbro can charge more if a figure is included. They’d be smart to use the same mold for a Pegasus, either have some part of it change to have ports or ports are plugged if just a horse. Or wings plug into a saddle but I don’t think that would be as sturdy. I just don’t see a Marvel product not including a named character and being essentially an army builder horse. They’ll get so much reuse out of it too.

Noticing a price creep at Amazon. Secret Wars Iceman went from 27.99 to 29.99, and beat up Pete from 39.99 to 41.99. Probably some other under the radar increases too. My POs were locked in on the early prices.

They cancelled my Cover Girl in Canada then relisted it for 70 for a minute. Sold by Amazon.ca.

I laughed.

This guy has become my favorite influencer/interviewer. He keeps everything so positive yet gets some real important questions in there.
Definitely check out his interview with Dwight and Dan. He covers everything from theme vs non-theme BAF waves, how we can get a horse, Asgardians, and the breaking legs/hips on Battle Damaged Spider-Man all the while keeping it light and fun.

To be fair.. Aragorn -is- a named character.

"Red Brick" is now in my vocabulary for a general ML wave.

Also, I laughed watching the panel pre-post recap when Dwight said if you want an MCU Werewolf by Night, to just "flock it" - flock this one because the MCU version was fuzzier. "Flock it."

Just watched it and yeah, that was great. Stayed on topic, kept the flow going, didn't hyperfocus on his personal toy grievances. I dig it.

I love Dwight being like 'yeah, when are we gonna get a horse, DAN?!'

This is the very reason I'd love to go get a beer with Dwight. We get funny, knowledgeable, held in check but sometimes accidentally shares too much info Dwight. He just seems like someone that would be fun to hang out with, watch a game, knock back a few and not discuss toys.
