General Marvel Legends

Well I finally managed to secure the good professor this morning from my local Target and he's damn close to perfect. Also, the color of his elbows/knees definitely matches the rest of the appendages; you may have just gotten one from a bad batch, @Resilient.

I feel like Target is playing games with these exclusives. Up until March 30th, the app/site was displaying the (lack of) stock at surrounding stores. Then, inexplicably, they disabled that function forcing me to make phone calls only to repeatedly get bupkis.
This morning, magically, they have "three in stock out on the floor" but refuse to grab any and put them on hold at the service desk. So I drive out to the store and find nothing on the pegs. However, a super-helpful employee rummaged around in the backroom and finds all 3. She says they arrived back on the 10th and isn't sure why the system said they were out on the pegs or why, for the last two days, it was not coming up in the searches.
Last night I watched a reel on Instagram of a guy finding a full peg of them despite the system saying there were none in stock.


I'm not sure what's going on with their inventory system but it shouldn't be this difficult to get a damn figure.
 
I opened Chuck today and he does look so much better in the hover chair than the suited one did. Knowing the mismatched plastic issue is there I can definitely see it, especially under the LED lights. Thankfully most of him is hidden in the chair so it doesn't bother me in this case.

I hope you're right.. Would love to see a picture of yours, because now that I'm looking I've see it most other people's pictures, too.

The Knee and Elbow thing for sure. She-Hulk was a really good example of this.. but the arms and legs being off from the body? That's a new one, to me at least.
 
@Resilient so I took a much closer look and lo & behold my Xavier's elbows and knees ARE a slightly different color than his appendages. It took me taking a couple photos under LED lighting to really bring out the difference. But, like you said, once you see it, you cant unsee it. It almost looks like the elbows/knees match his torso/pelvis pieces. Maybe it's because they're all made from similar plastic? I dunno. Still, all that being said, the miscoloring is nowhere near as egregious as numerous other examples in the line. Definitely not a deal breaker.
 
I just noticed a small X-Men 97 restock at BBTS: Nightcrawler, Bishop, and Magneto. Grabbed a Nightcrawler.
 
Finally managed to find Xavier while visiting family in Mass. Gonna wait until I'm back home tomorrow to pop him open, but I'm glad to have him. Was worried he wouldn't look good next to the other 97 figures, but I don't mind the difference that much.
 
I was hoping for beardy Frank, but really dig the update. The last figure was one of my favorite versions of Punisher in Legends format. Looks like an upgrade.
 
I haven’t seen the finale yet. But Frank was no more than a cameo in this series. Is this a spoiler?

I would say no cause everyone knew he was in the show already. Thats been pretty public for over a year and he was in trailers and such

Does he show up in the finale? Because I’ve seen the episode he was in when Matt confronted him in his hide out. I’m saying is this a spoiler for the finale?
 
A few years late to the party on this one, but I finally picked up the Wal-Mart exclusive Ulik. I have the original "Battle for Asgard" Ulik, and couldn't bring myself to pay full price for basically the same figure - finally just picked up him on eBay this week.

Even though I already have the previous Ulik, this figures gives me the warm fuzzies. This is my *ideal* type of ML release. A classic character made accurate to that "Official Handbook" depiction, with some extras thrown in. The other releases that spring to mind are the Amazon exclusive Ronan the Accuser, the classic Thanos set, Death's Head, Crystal and Lockjaw, etc. If I'd known I was going to get all nostalgic from this rerelease I probably would have picked him up ages ago.

This is exactly the kind of release I hope to see for those classic characters we're missing - the most important being Attuma the Barbarian, M'Baku the Man-Ape, and Skurge the Executioner. Make it happen Hasbro!

If we could punp this into Dwight, Dan and Ryan's brains subliminally as they sleep until it happens... that would be great
