General Marvel Legends

I just woke up to an email that my Mephisto is ready to go but they "ran into a problem" my credit card and might cancel my order if I don't resolve the issue - the same credit card I used on Hasbro Pulse last month.
There is nothing wrong with my card.
Lame.
They straight just cancelled mine. I emailed them and they made a new payment processing screen for me to pay, but haven't heard anything since then. Of course, my credit card is also fine. That hasbro pulse website is trash for orders.

When I lived in San Jose CA, I recall looking for current issue of FF... it had been out a week and the comic shop I normally went to was sold out... so I went to another shop across town and they had already (in one week) moved it to a back issue bin and marked it up for 2x... The shop owner was actually offended that I made him dig it out and then refused to pay that! I went to a 3rd shop and got it for retail and never went back to that price gauging place.
Was the price gouging place located at Camden and Kooser?

OMG! Reading how all of you did water time play with your action figures makes me so happy. I used to play the shit out of some MOTU, TMNT, and GI Joe in the sink. Just stand at the bathroom sink and let the water battles commence.

I did the tub too, sometimes even with bubbles, but the sink was where it was at.

And even though I've never been a car guy or Hot Wheels collector (except for Batmobiles), I loved the color changers and again..........sink.

God bless you crazy bastards playing it up in the water.

This has happened to me 1/2 dozen times. If you are still having an issue, go to the order and there should be a "change my payment method". Redo it with your same card and it should be fine.

EDIT: Saw you got your fixed but @Darkmoon766 had the same issue, so I'm leaving this here

Oh yeah. I had a bunch of color change Micro Machines which were my go-to for bath time. They eventually fell apart likely from rust.

Yup. I had a car wash or something like that, though I think it was before they had color change cars so it was mostly a mess. My son had a different one that came with color changing vehicles.

Though in terms of making a mess, nothing topped the Barbie Soda Fountain. Anyone have that or a sister with it? It was a soda jerk play set where you filled it with actual soda. It had taps that worked which make a colossal mess compounded by the fact that the stools for the Barbies doubled as drinkware. My mom hated that thing more than Ghostbusters slime.

After Play Doh as preschoolers, we were not allowed toys of that nature.. messy, slimy, all out of the question.

And by preschooler, I mean preschool age. I did not go to preschool, just straight to Kindergarten. My younger sister only went because she was jealous that I got to go to school. Preschool was not essential back then. Not the way it is now.

I did Montessori. To this day, I still don't know what the f*** that even is.

So $90 or so bucks and Mephisto doesn't come with fists and has no waist swivel. Truly another thumb in the eye from Hasbro. Were the hands that cost pennies to produce too much for this MTO Hasbro?

Genuinely getting tired of Hasbro's intentional (what else could it be?) B.S. I received X97 Archangel this week and honestly as much as I like X-Men it's just a "meh" release. Once again, mismatched pose hands (not a complete set of fists and for a flying character no less), and I don't understand why 90s / animated Archangel comes with clawed fingers like the X-Force one other than just general Hasbro laziness. I don't remember Warren being depicted with clawed fingers in either iteration until the Uncanny X-Force black & silver days. Cable's laser rifle being re-included is a head scratcher, assuming he even uses it briefly in the show. Maybe it was a toss up between "nothing" and "Hellfire Club boxset Jean's head" being included again with this release.

So once again, deluxe prices, and an obvious effort NOT to give you a complete figure. I feel completely justified in buying less and less Hasbro product especially with Magik being such a disappointment quality-wise.

Secret Wars Daredevil was nice, but once again, mismatched pose hands yet again.

It is named after Maria Montessori, an Italian educator born in the late 1800s. She felt letting kids follow their interests and learn at their own pace was especially good for younger kids (3 to 6) development. By providing kids with a variety of things to do that had an educational component, and having the teacher more guide than instruct, their natural instinct to learn and explore would take over if they could pick what interested them and how to explore it. It uses a lot of tactile and physical items - blocks with letters, beads for counting, shapes and sizes, and so on.

I knew I shouldn’t have clicked that spoiler. Now I know what Montessori is. I was gonna enroll, but now? I know too much.
