She's gotta be the fifth figure, right? Unless it's Herbie. Or I guess we were discussing powered up versions of Johnny or Sue, but I really hope that's an exclusive or something.

I've already confirmed the Pre-Orders are Friday. They will def show the FF figures during the stream but for some reason they don't like to reveal them for the first time in a stream so they may release images sooner. Dan's tease about ML news today however I think was in regards to the live-stream announcement. His tease with the FF image may be to say thats when they will be announced or that they will be showing them off, can't tell since I can't read Dan's mind. The Stream I am 99% sure will cover other things besides FF.

Either way, looking forward to see what they're listed for and hopefully cancel the blind Walmart preorder.
 
The other rumored FF related figures they could show during the livestream to tie-in/coincide with the MCU FF reveals:
Black Bolt/Triton 2-pack
Medusa/Gorgon 2-pack
Super Skrull (possible deluxe?)
Sorcerer Supreme Doom
 
I desperately want comic Inhumans Gorgon and Triton. I'd really like Maximus as well.

For the MCU F4, I'm pretty confident I saw a leak of the main 4 plus Shalla-Bal Surfer and a HERBIE/Franklin "2-pack" but was skeptical at the time because of the Franklin inclusion. Now that we know he is in fact going to be in the movie (due to other product leaks), I'm more likely to believe it. I'd personally only likely get the female Surfer and maybe HERBIE/Franklin. I just don't have any interest in MCU versions of the main 4, no matter how good they end up being -- and that's despite my love of Pedro Pascal as an actor in what I expect to be his best role ever.
 
I’m likely in for the female Surfer just because, and if they do indeed do a HERBIE/Franklin 2-pack, that as well.

I also toy with the idea of grabbing the movie figures and slapping comic heads on them (provided Ben looks comic enough to pass on a shelf).
 
By Herbie/Franklin two-pack are people expecting a product like the Valeria/Franklin two-pack or more like Headpool that comes with Logan? One that would fit in the same box as all the others in the line?
 
So this is where everyone has been hanging out. No wonder Fwoosh is so quiet…

I’d love to see the Inhumans 2 packs, the Magus/Champion one or the Capcom figures (especially Shuma). I’m sure the First Steps figures will be there, but they’ll probably premiere elsewhere first. Most of the stuff I wasn’t fussed about has been announced now, so I’m hoping for a good selection this time.

I'm expecting more normal sized package (or even movie style retro card) like the other 5 figures but a relatively decent sized HERBIE (probably bigger than the comic style pack-ins of him we've gotten of him in the past) and a very small baby/toddler Franklin. I'm basing that mostly on what I saw from Funko POPs. So more like Logan/Headpool or probably even more like What If? Howard and Paul Rudd head in a jar, maybe. ;)

Update: JayC from Marvelous News now says he's expecting six figures with 2 version of Human Torch, one flamed on and one not. The other 4 are the the rest of the main cast + Silver Shefur. He doesn't think Franklin or HERBIE are part of it unless HERBIE ends up being a BAF but that's not expected.
