It was also kitbashed together from parts of other Uruk Hai, to make a “different” Uruk Hai. He came with no weapons, but I had enough from the others, that I loaned him one.

Yeah, I didn't realize it either until I had the figure in-hand. I knew that the new one had a hinge at the neck, but I didn't realize it went further. My pic doesn't have them in a neutral stance, but you can kind of see the difference in height. The new shoulders are really nice as they're bigger and fit the sculpt and I was never much of a fan of those veiny forearms.

Look at that. Look at it. Might very well be the perfect Marvel Legends Venom and they made it fucking blue 'because video game.' Like they made the perfect Wolverine sculpt and upsized it 15% 'because video game.' UGH.

Hopefully with pinless legs that can do the splits without splitting the crotch seam! I’ve already had to glue it back closed.

That does look quite a bit better in the upper body, definitely more cohesive. Also glad the veiny forearms have been removed, I think they were from the animated series but it always seemed a bit weird to only have one part of the costume textured (kind of like the amazing yamaguchi blacksuit spiderman where the whole costume apart from the face is textured).
