General Marvel Legends

If we're going to deep dive space skunk, then it's time to give some love to Frenzy, Tower, Stinger, and Timeshadow.

Boxed set for an unrecognized team from the early X-books and connects perfectly with Apocalypse, X-Factor Cyclops, Jean Grey, and the Retro X-Men lineup.

Maybe even develop that Apocalypse into a first appearance look.
From the Danwhoo interview, Apocalypse is apparently one of Dwight's favorite characters (along with Stryfe) and he specifically called out his original X-Factor appearance as his favorite version and said he'd love to make it some day. He was suspiciously quiet on Timeshadow, though.

I like the new paint better, but not enough to justify buying it again. Wasn't a very fun figure to pose anyway.

I actually prefer the old one for paint. I do like the new head here, but I don't think I like it enough to pick this one up.

Nimrod is not a character I care enough about to buy any kind of upgrade or repaint.
Right? This was a weird choice. I think it's an attempt to get their money's worth on a mold that is very character specific and single-use as a result. But I don't think anyone was asking for this. Maybe it's appealing to the few who didn't want to buy Psylocke and Fantomex just to get Nimrod.

I like the upgraded paint on Nimrod, but I don't think they're going to get me for another one - not in the year of our lord 2025-2026, with a crumbling economy and taxes galore. I'm always happy when they rerelease former BAFs/multipack figures to make it easier for people to get, though. That's a good practice they should keep up.

I definitely would be getting this if I hadn't broke down and gone to ebay for the 3 pack version over a year ago. I do appreciate them doing it (and it makes me certain we're getting Onslaught as a straight re-release now) I just wish they'd done it sooner. That said, least I know I can wait for the Onslaught and hopefully, eventually, a Mindless One single card.

I like the colors on this Nimrod. The previous version had a good arm and shoulder design, but the hips lacked range of motion. I wish they redesigned the hips for this new one. Then it would be a must-have for me.

Or is there a way to modify the hips? Maybe just trim down the plastic in the hips? I have never tried that before.

Sometimes a little trin will do it but it don't think I've seen it for this one.

I like the more early X-men accurate head sculpt most of all with this new version. Like Popoman said, he was a tough figure to mess around with. I ended up selling the 3-pack version.
