There's an older Tamashii Effect piece that's been on my to-buy list for a while that I am getting explicitly for Kurt:

It's a nice effect but it comes across to me as better suited for a Magneto (Capcom expecially), or Psylocke or perhaps Storm. I think Tamaashi has some multi-explosion effects in purple. Personally I'd prefer Kurt's BAMF's more in magenta, but that's just me. The Tamaashi crater effect is a good one for Hulk or Avalanche.
 
I hope the Onslaught isn't just a straight re-issue. Some size increase would be nice so he looks like he could toss the Juggernaut. Maybe toss in that weird cybernetic beetle head for those who want it.

That's Reddit's assessment as well. Will be interesting if they do them in the X97 colors like Roberto or he's going to be his own thing and they wont match him. I'm not a New Mutants guy but it will be interesting to see if they give Rahne a wolf or something or she's just gonna be Sinead OConner on a Jubilee-sized body and that's it.
 
Yeah, definitely Cannonball. Wasn’t sure on the other. Those new Sunspot and Morph parts need to be reused so they make a lot of sense.

If it's small purple explosions that's a bootleg. There is a magenta aura explosion from a bit back though. I agree this one would work well for Magneto or Betsy as well. I've got several of the effects parts and they're all really well made. The crater works well for a lot of characters, and the rock pieces are *much* heavier than you think they'll be so they can be used as bases for the tamashii stands to make great flying or leaping poses.

Recently I got the new smoke effects and ground blast and those are cool too. I have a small obsession with effects pieces.

I don't typically buy effect pieces but I think the Tamaashi flames work well for characters like Pyro (if he's gone crazy) or Phoenix. I bought the green flames for Kickstarter Spawn like he's standing in a portal, which reminds me I need to put him out for Halloween.

I've used the flames for a lot of characters. Phoenix, Dormamu, Firestorm, they work for so many. The lightning effects are perfect for Storm or Flash. I wish they'd do a few more colorways of some of their other effects. I think the recent water ones would be amazing as blood effects, and the crater or rocks would probably work very well as ice. I really wish they'd rerelease the small explosions.

Do they make the rolling smoke along the ground effects that I'm seeing people use for Jada Street Fighter and other anime figures or is that someone else?
