He popped up on the Target eBay store this morning for 22.99, too. There was only 2 left when I saw it, so I didn't bother posting it. But it's not a bad idea to check in there a few times a day.

Is Short Fuze's shovel supposed to store anywhere or does he just palm the thing all day? At 1st I thought it was supposed to go on the mortar rack, but those pegs are too big.

Figures. Bullseye Deals haven't anything from any line I collect for over a year, then they drop L&O $10 cheaper than I bought it 3 weeks ago.

No problem. I got another one — my nearest Target just dropped Heavy Duty to 50% off — $17.49. I assume it'll be happening at other stores this week or next.

I will check that out, but my local Targets have a bad track record with price drops, even when the rest of the nation seems to be doing it.
