My brother texted me to say he picked up a Sniper. Finally some new stuff at my store. The Mattel wrestling figures ticked up in price from $9.99 to $12.99 and a series with a BAF part is $14.99.
 
Flight Pod with Tele-Viper (who was sporting those sleeves/gloves before the police adopted it!) is now $40 on Amazon.

Also the HISS Fireteam set was $51 something last night but sold out, then came back and sold out again, but may come back once more.

Really blows away the $76 Amazon price. I wonder how low they will go on Amazon for prime week next month. Bought an extra in case I get the customization bug. Night Force custom jeep would be easy, just change the red to green.
 
I picked up an extra Spirit as well, he has nice parts and some gear that hasn't been reused. Not to mention Freedom the eagle is really worth half the sale price alone.

I've been holding out but that $50 price tag is very enticing. I've also been wondering if they don't go lower on Prime.

Is the Stinger this unpopular or did they make way more than they did Vamps? (Which makes no sense.)
 
So, I will say this. The Vamp is big... and it came with a named character in Clutch so I bought it.

The Stinger is also big - space is not infinite - and it comes with a generic driver that I didnt view as necessary, so I skipped it. $50 makes it more tempting but still its big and I don't really have the room for it so I'm still not biting.
 
They must have made way more Stingers. I wouldn't be surprised if it were 10:1. They have them at Walmart and Amazon so you just know there's a lot. I feel like a sucker for biting so early but it's a cool car so I can't be mad. The overall package isn't nearly as cool as the Vamp tho.
