Just got the "prepare your wallet" email from BBTS on Mainframe and Wetsuit.

Living in Texas, most of the year I can just stick a figure in my car for thirty minutes and it's evenly heated throughout.

Yeah, water makes me nervous because of the swampass factor, but if I use hot water I try to always keep the figure out and in a place to dry for a week after I use it, and "work" the figure a lot to make sure no water is trapped inside.

Popping these heads off the necks has been tough cos there isn't enough neck to grab hold of to pull.

In the winter with the central heating on I just place my new figures on the floor vent for 15-20 seconds per side and they're ready to go.

Arrived from local delivery today. I was a bit worried they'd be a return someone swapped some My Little Ponies into, but nope! All there.

I ordered from Pulse on Tuesday. Today is Friday and they haven't even left the US yet. I'm not even sure they're actually 'in hand' with DHL yet. So... nice to see that Pulse treats Canada just like everyone else does (looking at you BBTS).

Opened up my two Budos. Kitted out one full samurai and one the more modern look. If I see him at a discount I'll probably pick one up to go armorless with the John Wick head. Question though, what's the black fan? bib? shoulder pad?

It's a nodowa. In traditional Japanese 'samurai' armor, it's the piece they wear to protect the throat.
