I threw his spare armor on an extra Grunt. The helmet even fits great. You might not have a Grunt but his body mold is very common. The only drawback of arming two figures with Budo's loadout is that you'll be short a katana, so I had to borrow one that has a silver blade and brown painted handle, I'm not sure who's it is, it's the same katana mold that comes with the blue/red Cobra Ninjas.I've said before that Budo was one of my favorite ARAH figures growing up. But that means I want him to be ARAH-style Budo. I NEVER intend to use his samurai gear, even if it does look really cool. So I'm still debating with myself whether I spend the money to find a different body for that armour, or just try to sell it to someone that might actually want to use it.

That does look good. It's not a downside for me about the swords because A) I hate his bigger sword and B) I don't need both figures to have all three weapons. So I'm good. It's just about finding a body where I like the color combination AND the body actually works. I've been seriously considering the Snake Eyes body from the polar bear set, if I ever get that.I threw his spare armor on an extra Grunt. The helmet even fits great. It's certainly a ridiculous weapon. Even in feudal Japan they're like, "why the heck would I use this?" and just kept them around for show. But it's fun to imagine Budo cutting down a group of Vipers, Dynasty Warriors-style, with it. Or maybe cutting the legs out from under a SNAKE Armor, since Cobra doesn't really have horses. That does look good. It's not a downside for me about the swords because A) I hate his bigger sword
It's not quite that. The issue is that the largest sword and the shortest sword will always have one sheath each, while the middle-sized sword is needed on both gear loadouts to avoid a permanent empty sheath, so you'll need an extra (or cut off a sheath ofc, which is something I'm considering for the lighter armor).B) I don't need both figures to have all three weapons
Good lord yes he is crazy hot.he is unnecessarily handsome
Wild Weasel makes me question things about myself.I just opened Wild Weasel and his Jacket is cool as $h!t and he is unnecessarily handsome.
Steeler and Short Fuze look like they worked as male models before joining the military. They are both insanely good looking and it's funny that they shipped together, like someone said "let's try to contain all this hotness in one box so nobody gets hurt." And then you've got Short Fuze with what my romance novel author friends refer to as "slutty little glasses."Good lord yes he is crazy hot.
So is Steeler, actually. Just opened him up and he has bedroom eyes.
I legit was stationed with a guy for a few years who was a male stripper. He was semi-retired when I met him as he married a Lieutenant and didn't want her to look bad, but they divorced and whenever he wanted to make a big splurge purchase like a new car, he would do a few performances. Was a nice side hustle for him.Steeler and Short Fuze look like they worked as male models before joining the military.
Oh, I got'cha. Yeah, that's a good point. It's not quite that. It's not even that it's a ridiculous weapon - the Classified sword isn't even that big, really. It's the weird proportions of it. It just looks stupid and wrong. Why is it so skinny? Why is the handle so short compared to the blade? Why is the tsuba so small compared to a figure's hands. It's just a bad sculpt. It's certainly a ridiculous weapon.
