I'm considering getting the Desert Scorpion just for the giant scorpion he comes with. I mean, it would look pretty cool to have Conan fighting a huge honkin' scorpion.

I forgot the cop would have the action hero upscaling on price cos of the goodies. Army building won't be easy.

Not seeing it at Amazon yet so I'll have to see what happens. If he goes on sale at bbts or something, or I find him at target maybe...

And I was able to score a loose Rattler Gunner head that I would like to pop on this cop figure, thinking maybe he could be my Scar-Face. As a courier, Scar-Face should be able to blend in but still have some tactical elements, so this guy is kinda perfect for that. Adding the masked head just makes him even more unsettling.

Steeler and Short Fuze are going up tomorrow

I think I'm gonna skip on this one actually. If I see them cheap, I won't be able to resist but the only original 13 I ever had were Stalker, Scarlett, and Snake Eyes, and I'm kinda good on white guys in green.

I'm all for getting the O13 but this is where I admit I flat out can't tell Steeler apart from Short Fuze in this set. I suppose like 9 of the O13 are truly just generic army men by design but this set cracks me up cos I'm going to Rosencrantz and Guildenstern the fuck out of these two. They may forget which one THEY are.

I feel the same about the O13, but I still buy them anyway to retain a little geek cred. I have no connection to most of them besides the most popular ones. The rest of that first wave of figures are indistinguishable to me. Doesn't mean I'm opposed to learning about who they are individually, and buying the figures helps me do that. I know Stalker, Scarlett, Snake Eyes, Rock n Roll, Breaker, Hawk... but the rest, to me, are the same guy. Even Hawk blends in, and I prefer his '86 figure so much more.
