I rarely have FOMO about NYCC, because professionally working NYCC is like being thrown down several flights of stairs, but for some reason I'm having FOMO this year. I haven't been back since before the pandemic.

I am tired of hot-girl chasing exclusives I really want summer, I want to back into pumpkin spice easily order wide release figure season
So my Beachhead/QK pack was supposed to arrive on the 1st and it's still at the "Ordered" stage. Meanwhile, it's in-stock for delivery tomorrow. I complained to Walmart CS and was told to wait another 48-72 hours and see if it updates.
me: "it's in-stock for delivery tomorrow, how is that fair to people who pre-ordered the item that they receive the item later than people who did not preorderr?"
Point being, we all know Walmart.com is crap but here's more proof of why. So, I think we should complain every time. Every time your preorder is cancelled, every time your item is delayed without notification, every time you're treated worse off for pre-ordering. Polite, but express your disappointment with how you are treated and your disapproval of Walmart not respecting your pre-order.
