G.I. Joe Classified Series

I had no idea people still didn't have Dial Tone. Man, I thought I got mine late because it was months after he initially shipped. I just assumed that was the final round of him and everyone else got him when I got mine. That's crazy. He and the trench viper set must have been the ones the Joe team was talking about a while back when they said there were going to be some shipping delays or a gap in delivery with some stuff due to logistical reasons or whatever, because both of those were delayed to hell and back.

I'M IN

I'm sorry to have gotten anyones hopes up. I was in the wrong group. I found the correct one and requested to join.

My bad.

So I just called Walmart CS and they told me that Crystal Ball should be back in-stock sometime "within the next two weeks".

I'm not holding my breath, but the associate was trying to be as helpful as possible. Would be nice. I called more for the fact that it's complete BS to take a preorder, send the inventory to stores, and then not fulfill the preorder due to "Inventory Issues".

Ans in other news:

Wish there was a way to tag someone at Hasbro who'd both give a shit AND be able to do something about this. I truly think public-facing teams for Classified, Marvel, etc. would fix it if they could, but all the power to deal with Walmart is so much further up the chain. And Walmart cannot be shamed. They're incapable of feeling shame. (And we could vote with our wallets, but who really wants to protest and NOT get some exclusive on the 10% chance they actually fill it?)

Best bet would probably be Mr Stevie. He’s over Marvel and Star Wars but seems to have the most direct interaction with the fans these days. I’m sure they’re all well aware of the situation but Walmart and Target are just bullies that demand exclusives but couldn’t really give a crap what they were.

They ought to just start giving them reissues of characters they want to more or less have ‘evergreen’ in the line like some Snake Eyes, Duke, Cobra Commander, Cobra Troopers, etc so at least they won’t be new items but a good chance for people to play catch up with or draw them into the line? There has to be a better solution than what they are currently doing.
