G.I. Joe Classified Series

Despite not buying any Joes since last year I was tempted by this set cause it's so weird and unique. Alas, Hasbro said no rock n roll Dreadnoks for me.
 
I feel like if I got the Slither set, I'd also need to go buy all the regular versions so I can mix and match looks. And that is a rock bottom terrible idea for my finances.

It's back in stock btw

EDIT: Sorry, went back to premium only for some reason. Digging through the site's source files, I believe they still have roughly 1.5k in stock so keep an eye out.
 
Well that was a pleasant thing to wake up from a nap to see. Got my order in!

It’s nice to have it secured. Would’ve been nicer to have them secured at 1:00 without the frustration.
 
I want to get it, it tickles my weird enjoyment neurons in a great way. However I spent a bit more this summer during vacation than expected and I gotta get my A/C ducts clean, so I rather spend the money on a handfull of pre-orders than the one set. I really wanted to Savage land set, but I have a feeling Shanna will be available in the main line eventually. I don't see the "tattered clothed hot strong chick" mold being used only twice in one exclusive set.

Thanks! I saw it was back in and started to buy it, but eventually talked myself out of it. Cool as it is, I gotta keep myself accountable. Like Spongyblue, I also have some home HVAC related expenses I need to prioritize!

Isn't it just like the same-old female buck we've had for years? Basically Uncanny Rogue. I'm with you though, I hope they reprint both of them, and make Storm while they're at it.
 
So I had a fun ride with Cold Slither today.

I was out for lunch with the family and brought my laptop to get a set at 1pm. Sure enough I lucked out and got all the way to checking out when it went out of stock as I was about to pay!!! YAY!!!!

So then I spent the next hour double checking to see if it went back in stock. After that I had appointments and couldn't check anymore. On my way home at 4pm I see that it is in stock again, but of course I'm on the road and can't use my laptop. All the way home I'm thinking "Of course this will sell out again before I get home."

Thankfully that didn't happen and I now have one confirmed.

Oh and just got email confirmation that my two Crystal Balls (HAH!) are on the way from Walmart Canada. Also he is now in stock and ready to order/ship on Walmart Canada's site.
 
Good news, I requested cancellation on the Cold Slither set I ebayed out of frustration and the seller refunded it. I put in the request after I was able to snag a set from Pulse this afternoon. I've never backed out of an ebay deal in 25 years but I didn't feel too bad about this one being that the guy probably bought it just to resell.

Anyone selling it this soon had to buy it just to resell. He'll be fine.

I ended up eBaying Once a Man CC... was that only last year? Jesus time is soup. But when I bought it it had been unboxed, clearly enjoyed a bit, and I think the seller was just having regrets. Ended up paying like 25% more than actual price and was okay with that at the time.
 
As of right now (9:45pm EST approx.) Cold Slither is sold out again.

Hopefully it is just another temporary sell out and more stock goes up again soon.
