G.I. Joe Classified Series

I didn't try for this set, but I preordered the NF set earlier today and it must've taken me over a minute to checkout. I continue to have to type in my damn phone number. I'm going to want to throw my phone out the window when I miss the Savage Land set
 
Apparently I’m not a Pulse member anymore, even though I’ve been charged for membership, am on auto renew, what the fuck.
 
FWIW, I had the page open, refreshed right when the preorder countdown ended, was on a desktop, on Chrome, checked out with Paypal and was able to do it like I was buying anything normally, didn't even put me in a queue. Not sure if that combination of factors helps parse out any fuckery on Pulse's part or doesn't help at all.

I discovered the same thing 24 minutes before Cold Slither dropped. I re-signed up because I did get a refund for my auto-renew a few weeks back, but I'm going back through my charges right now to make sure I didn't pay for the goddamned thing twice. Whatever half-assed system they're using for auto-renew is awful.

I had the same problem with the auto renew. I got the ‘success’ email and then about an hour later a ‘payment failed.’ Message. I couldn’t update payment per the email instructions so I contacted pulse. About 2 weeks later it auto-cancelled the order and THEN pulse finally got back and said they can’t uncancel an order (not what I asked but they were clearly looking at the updated status form that morning). Still couldn’t order a pulse membership again until a few days later when it finally dropped off. So I re-upped then but that auto-renewal process was a disaster and I suspect many will just be finding out about it not working this week.

Yea, same thing by happened to me! I think that was just up for less than a minute. At least I was just ordering for a friend but maybe they’ll have more saved for the general preorder date.

Yea, I didn’t have trouble with that stupid error when I was doing it on a computer but it always ends up screwing up when I use the phone app.
 
I was so pissed about the Premium thing I went back and checked. The credit card for auto-renew was saved as "NULL" for some reason. Sorry for everyone else running into this issue - I feel stupid lucky I just happened to try to preorder the two-pack the hour before and got cockblocked by not being a Premium member anymore so I had time to renew before noon. What a mess.

EDIT: I got SHIPPING NOTIFICATION for my Premium Membership at 12:41 p.m. today. After I'd used it to buy stuff. They better be sending me a goddamned fancy pants membership card with Snake Eyes fist-bumping Wolverine or I riot.

When I renewed earlier this year I got the same email and thought the same thing. "Is Pulse sending me some kind of fancy new membership packet? That would be awesome!"

Months later and nothing.......boo!!! 😜

What is going on with the enemies he's fighting here? Usually they only use Classified figures for these dioramas:

They look like Vipers but with snake heads and claw hands?

They pulled this exact same shit on me when I placed an actual order. Tried chatting to solve - worthless. Called multiple times during their work hours and only got an associate a week or so later. I still haven't bothered to reorder those items because big shock - one sold out and they can F themselves on me giving them money for the other.

It's insane how little they apparently need my money.

Are they going into the... what were the creature ones toward the end of the line? Or are these Mindbender mutant experiments?
 
Another one. I assume these are just silly one-offs for photographs. Are these still the Shootingthegalaxy guy?
