G.I. Joe Classified Series

If I find a Snake Eyes at retail I think that's the way to go. Everyone loves Snake Eyes. Can't remember who his favorite was as a kid, but he's also six years younger than me so his favorites were always more of the more colorful guys at the end of the line while I liked the green-uniformed classics at the start.
Retro Viper.
As someone that loves the '90s stuff most of all, I would say that's currently the most appealing figure you can get in terms of what's on pegs right now to actually pick up fairly easily. It's colorful, it has great articulation, great accessories, and it's ICONIC G.I. Joe even to people that maybe weren't old enough to have regular Vipers of their own as a kid. And none of his accessories are particularly finicky, which is good for people that aren't really as into toy collecting.

It appeals from all directions.

Finally picked up the Anniversary Sniper and Halo jumper. Ollie’s has been getting them both in. $13 a piece.

Can finally send these two out on some serious covert shit.

It's hard to leave Vipers on the pegs. They're just so appealing. I'm like a crazy cat lady, got plenty at home but seeing one in the wild makes me feel this need to adopt it, save it from the sterile department store and bring it home to be opened and posed with his kin.

Because I like my Joes to be specialists and reserve the nameless faceless fodder for Cobra, I named my HALO Jumper "Free Fall."

I had that idea at first (though I was gonna make it "Freefall" like the Gen13 character), then checked the Joe Wiki to see if it was already an established character, and sure as shit, he's from a neighboring town from where I've spent most of my life!!

Wish MY fucking Ollie's would get in good shit like Joes. I could use another Sniper to use the other head/hands... 😒

$125 for Cold Slither seems like a decent price for a SDCC item with elaborate packaging, 4 figures, and a full drum kit. I was honestly expecting $150 between tariffs and the typical exclusive mark up. Just hoping it’s easy enough to get.

Yeah. $125 for Cold Slither seems about right. Still a shame the drum set doesn't have a little audio function which could play their song,, though.

I do find it interesting how apparently Cold Slither will be available on Pulse starting Thursday 7/24. And then go up for regular preorder 8/1. Maybe it won't be so difficult to obtain.

Four figures plus some extras for 125 really ain't bad. The packaging looks like a hoot, too.

Could be an in-hand, ready to ship for that premium drop and a preorder (along with any con left overs) for a second batch for non-premium? At least that means there should be at least two opportunities to get the set.
