G.I. Joe Classified Series

Not necessarily to the farter. Depends on the wetness, I suppose.

TNI has some in-hand pics of the CLAW. Looking good. However, I'm not too excited for it, as the Trouble Bubble seems the same function.

Feeling the Joes are a bit outnumbered in the vehicle department. By the end of the year:

JOES
Dragonfly
VAMP
RAM
AWE Striker

COBRA
HISS
Stinger
Trouble Bubble
Ferret
CLAW
SNAKE

Tiger Force and Python Patrol repaints also exist, as well as the HMS/MMS, but I'm ignoring repaints. Thank god the AWE Striker is coming out as it evens up things a little bit. Joes are still lacking small air support, unless you count the JUMP. I have a FansHobby Sky Hawk which is a big bonus for the Joes. Would love to see something like the Armadillo come out to give Joes some armored support. Not sure which small/medium Cobra vehicle I'd want other than FANG and ASP. Unless we start getting into environmental stuff. Devilfish, Battle Polar Bear, Wolf.

They should do a Locust, and maybe Classified it up a bit by making it a two seater and put benches on the sides for people to sit on like a Little Bird.

So I was supposed to have a Ramen Racer dropped off today but the Fedex guy apparently walked it up to my door, thought for a second, and then took it away while marking it delivered (I'm so pissed, and waiting for customer support now), but I did get my firefighter in as consolation and I do like him a lot:

I was pondering what kind of small air support Joes have, and there isn't much. I never had the Locust, but I do kinda like the design. I wouldn't want it to be a two-seater, though. Keep it small. You start making it too large, and it starts to get into filling the same role as the Dragonfly.

I don't know if it's the same function, but they definitely occupy a similar place. Similar enough that I can easily understand not feeling like you need both. I had both in the 25A line, but that was a long time, and much lower prices, ago. Personally, I would prefer the gliders with the Air Commandos. I think that was from '91? That's a little more interesting and unique than yet another crazy jet-powered Cobra contraption designed to kill people the Commander doesn't like.

The Firefighter looks so good. I'm gonna have to grab that one eventually. My grandfather retired as a fire chief, so as soon as I saw that figure I knew I was going to need it unless it turned out like absolute garbage. Which, of course, Hasbro couldn't do me the favor of doing.

What the hell is up with that?!
Presuming you mean the deal with the Ramen Racer, I have NO IDEA. I had to ask my next door neighbor with a doorbell cam to check, because I got the email delivery confirmation and went straight to the door, like so fast I saw the Fedex truck driving away as I went outside. I don't know what the hell that was about, but the delivery guy is caught on the door cam dropping something at my door (still images) and then he's gone and I'm immediately there. So it was either the fastest porch pirate ever or it's still on the Fedex truck.

Same and same.

Fair enough. If they do benches on the sides, I'd be happy. If they do that and the price is right, it could very well be my only vehicle.

This is what I mean for the benches for anyone who doesn't know.

Yes, sorry I didn't specify but you're correct.

Either way, I have no reaction except to ask again what the hell?! We need to have some kinda cushioned spot on the other of the gate so delivery guys can just toss the damned boxes over anymore. But if the guy didn't even drop it then come on! Did he notice you had no ring camera and saw his chance? Goddamn!

Really no idea. My neighbor has a BIG ring camera and their door is directly across from mine, so it would still seem at least a little sketchy right? I can only assume he made some sort of accidental assumption that he'd dropped it in the wrong place somehow? I have no clue.

I am however very not happy that I've got a nearly $300 vehicle just in the wind somewhere.
