Also, am I the only one that doesn't watch unboxing videos? I don't get watching someone else open up a toy. I also don't watch other people play video games.

Get off my lawn.
Oh, I don't like the unboxing part as well. I usually jump to the part where the person is showing the details on the figures, especially stuff I won't be able to get, because I love torturing myself.

Hasbro could always make the Police Officer an international exclusive dumped at TK Maxx in the UK or something like that.

I like how Robo condenses unboxing into a quick asmr segment, usually like 10-15 seconds. Gives an idea of everything that comes in the package, in case you need that reference. I like everything about Robo’s reviews and videos. His is the standard to follow. Then again, I don’t need to see anyone else do videos since I’m perfectly content with Robo’s.

Robo really is the gold standard.

I do sometimes go searching for unboxing vids if I want a scale comparison between lines, which can be harder to find than I expect. Sometimes I just want to see if Masterverse He-Man is as tall as NECA predator before I buy one. So I skip to that part.

Interesting, I also don't watch reviews. I thought it was an age thing, but I know some of y'all saying you watch videos are also Gen X'ers. Maybe I'm just a luddite?

Snowcat campaign has gone live. Not really feeling it though the final stretch goal of Flint coming with a breakfast pan is rather endearing to me.

I’m a proud xennial, and I definitely do NOT watch reviews. Pictures and text that I don’t have to “commit to watch” are my way. As I frequently say: I don’t want to deal with any “personality”; I just want information.

Snow Cat looks cool, I’m definitely in. Honestly my favorite parts are Flint and Jaye.

I only watch Robo and D Amazing but I don’t have any aversion to watching video reviews in general. It never occurred to me that some would outright be against the idea tho, huh.

I enjoy having reviews on in the background when I'm playing around in the figure room or opening figures but I don't really watch them to learn about the figures.

That reminds me of how I would bring all my star wars figures and ships to the living room and play with the movie on in the background. My dad always had to mock me for spreading my 'props' all over the house.
