My Rattler has arrived!!!!

Don't have time to open it yet, but I will say the box is not as big as I was expecting based on the reviews and posts I have seen/read.

Now the wait......
 
Just received Law & Order (gong-gong doot doot doodoo dooo)

He was one of my favs as a kid, and my first figure with an animal companion. This does not disappoint though I have minor gripes. The handcuffs are too rigid to bend/fold to fit into its spot on the belt. There no spot for the included knife. Order doesn’t come with a leash. (I don’t think Junkyard had one either?) Still, very psyched to have this pair.
 
I as just wondering if he'd come with a leash because I distinctly remember him having one in the original toy. Mine's supposed to be showing up some time this afternoon and I just realized that permanently lined up on my desk is Junkyard (who has no leash either, no), Rawkus, both Timbers, and McFarlane's far inferior Krypto, Ace, and Streaky... and Ms. Lion, Goose, and Black Cat's and Miles' cats are also hanging out on the desk above them. Apparently I have a thing for animal companions and they just permanently take up a spot on the desk.

Actually, I've got Lockjaw, Zabu, Guenhwyvar, and Cringer chilling behind me, too. Seriously, put an animal companion in a set, they become a permanent fixture. *Spearhead and Max 4LIFE*

They did say he was a Walmart exclusive. And Steeler/Short Fuze are Target.

That's what started the whole 3POS booing campaign.
 
I've passed on all Classified vehicles except for the RAM, but man that AWE Striker is tempting. I love the gunner seat in back, wish it was incorporated into the original vintage version. I don't have.a spot for it though.......
 
I’m just gonna have to find a way to army build the Ghost Vipers. They are, like, the greatest army builder ever, because you get to army build all these things:
-the Ghost Viper itself, assuming the new helmet and the DIRE-spray gear as default
-a spooky “Halloween Viper” helmet for the GV or for making other Halloween Vipers
-possessed DIRE-Cobra head for GV or victims
-possessed DIRE-Wolf head for GV or victims
-DIRE cobra creature
-DIRE wolf (ha ha, good one) creature

Assuming one has bodies for the alt-heads, that is SIX characters in ONE (likely deluxe) package. Add in the DIRE claw-hands and the (admittedly outdated) “blasters” and that is a MIGHTY set indeed.
 
Kind of proof of how good Classified is at making toys in general because I bet on paper at the start, "let's make this silly 'spooky' viper an exclusive, it's not canon from any previous type of Joes, it'll just be a funny one-off, nobody'll get mad at us like they do when we put a core character behind an exclusivity agreement."

Then they go balls to the walls with Halloween Viper and a ton of us want, like, a SQUAD of them.

The glasses. Were in. The bag I keep her extra gear in. They were there the WHOLE TIME. Sometimes being crazy anxious is exhausting.
