Oh i got a HOT idea for Crystal Ball, use his regular head and use his Cthulhu head on characters he is manipulating or "possessing" so you could have like a Cthulhu Viper etc
 
My Firemen from Pulse have shipped. Or at least a shipping label was created. I noticed they had popped into stock on the site yesterday and was wondering when my preorder would ship. Guess it's happening now.

Mine from Amazon are due Monday. Conveniently enough, I JUST got in some new Bandai effects accessories that should pair well (I've got the BIG Tamsahii Nations flame effect too, but I just can't stop grabbing these sorts of things):

That's a lot of firemen! I only went in for one. Just don't think I need more. But I hope it'll satisfy the irritation I still have over never being able to get the NYC firefighter that Resaurus/Plan-B put out many years ago. This one's got way more accessories and articulation so I'm really looking forward to him.
 
I ordered two firemen via Pulse, and those will arrive Tuesday.

I had also ordered three from Amazon, and those will arrive Monday.

Don't try and make sense of the numbers. I wasn't sure how many firemen I wanted and ordered different amounts with the preorder gamble. I'll likely return at least one of them.
 
Footloose and Darklon just showed up. It really is wild how this line just goes all out for figures they could phone in. Is it me or is does Footloose have a kind of poorly stowed, "you're gonna drop that when you need it" clip sculpted into his belt? Just a nice little detail. He looks younger than I'd expect but also perfectly at home as the airhead existential crisis Joe.

Darklon is such an insane figure. I thought I was goign to like the new gargoyle mask more but I kinda dig his default. As I was opening these up I was thinking how I might use them for the Joes vs. Predator pics I'm gonna take and my brain went right to:
Footloose? Nice guy, too bad the predator got him.
Darklon? Weird guy, too bad the predator recruited him.
