I dont think so. I havent compared but he seems all new to my eye at a glance. The kneepads look a little familiar, but I cant place those. But no i think he's just tall

I played around and checked; the torso is the same as Crankcase', and so the height is in the legs. I think the new boots are slightly longer, giving it the height.
