Lift Ticket in a HEARTBEAT. I never had a real Wild Bill as a kid so Lift Ticket was my eyes in the sky.

I'd wonder if there was some political dicey-ness about Oktober Guard, but to be fair, Marvel is building their new Avengers around two Soviet ex-pats. I think it's more likely the Classified team is working through what think will sell hardest and fastest soonest and we'll see them when they have room to expand their options. (I can't remember if they had much cartoon presence, but I know they were pivotal in the comics.)
 
I know they were on the cartoon ONLY because I can remember Gung-Ho calling Horror Show a "dumb Russian bear", and Daina looked different. (Cartoon Daina will have her own day in this thread.)
 
I gotta believe Lift Ticket is on the schedule already and they absolutely plan a standard and night force version.
