G.I. Joe Classified One-A-Day Beamish-Style Figure Poll - #79 - Wade Collins (Marvel) & Cobra Air Trooper

Day 77 - Salvo - (IDW) (11/28/25)

Coming toward the end of Comic Week is a codename RAH fans may recognize, but in the IDW comics it was given to a totally different character from Samoa. That's correct, they took the GI Joe most likely to be an Alt Right person and changed to a Polynesian woman who still rocks giant guns.

She's such an asshole, but I absolutely want her as a figure.

Like, she's got the Right of Might, so she's calling back to the alt right asshole, but she's also very shitty in the book too

But she look so cool!

Like a lovable asshole? Sure she gives her teammates a hard time, but the enemy gets it even worse? Or she's just a pain in the ass all the time?

She gets along with some members, but she's a jerk to the ones I like more. Like Doc II, it's not her fault she's part Dire Wraith!

Day 78a - Scarlett - (IDW) (11/29/25)

Previewed yesterday in one of the Salvo pictures, Scarlett's look in the IDW comics definitely resembles her classic gear but with a little more of a tactical style.

Sure. This looks more practical than her original gear. While I like her character, I never understood how the bright yellow and lavender leotard was in any way practical to her career of speciality. This is an improvement on that.

This looks like a perfect middle ground between the retro (which I love) and the first iteration (which I like but found fiddly and imperfect). I"m all for it. I particularly like the third image you posted, a bit more streamlined and less bulky than the other two.

Day 78b - Rattler One - (Marvel) (11/29/25)

Normally this would conclude Comics week, but there may be one more surprise before the month ends. Saturday and Sunday get two-a-day though, so I bring you a funny entry with Rattler One, another Cobra pilot shown only once (as far as I can tell). If they ever go for it with a comic-based subline, Rattler One could be good for reusing some Rattler Gunner parts.
