G.I. Joe Classified One-A-Day Beamish-Style Figure Poll - #280 - Rock 'N Roll (Sonic Fighters)

Day 275a - Low Light - (V3) (6/14/26)

New week, for Different Versions! Yeah, we got a figure of him, but he's a different version. That's why it's Different Version Week. Fuck it, I'm tired.

A night specialist.. in bright yellow? (Card back art). Even the brown on the figure could be better. Blacks bgreys, and navy blues work better. Then there’s the face. This looks like a whole different character.
I’m okay with our current Low-light. Pass on this.. whatever it is.

I am saying yes to this because I know how much several members on this board want him. He's not a version I liked because it looked like an entirely different person than the OG lowlight, but it's not a bad figure overall and would look better in Classified.

I only get a 'Firefox can't open this' message so....
It’s a friendly dig at goths, starring several teenagers from the early 2000s who all seemingly shop primarily at Hot Topic. No trads nor deathrockers, a couple of what look like young lite-rivethead bros, one guy kinda going for The Crow-lite, a couple low-effort romantigoth ladies, one who is either a vampyregoth or just found a stretch-velvet cloak in the back of her closet. Everyone is young and white and wearing mostly fast-fashion.

Notably: no extreme makeup nor hairstyles, everyone has a full head of conventionally-cut hair, mostly in their natural color.

So very much not a legit cross-section of the subculture, could even just be Mansonites from the turn of the century.

Oooh.

To be fair, the early 2000s also had a lot of 'entry level' Goth kids that had to take what they could get. I knew a lot of kids that shopped at Hot Topic just because they couldn't really afford to go anywhere else. But no doubt, it was also the era of Mansonites and Korn Kids.
