Pass, mostly because of Wayans. I don't hate the guy, just every single thing he's been in is absolutely terrible, so I have a Pavlovian response to his presence.

Genuinely dislike this version of the EEL. Took anything potentially interesting about the EEL concept across the entirety of Joe history and just went 'I dunno - all black Frogman with some red on his shoulders' or whatever. So boring, and an easy pass.

There was also the second version (V6?) which was also a ROC EEL, but repainted in regular EEL colors. So I don't think you can really even call that different from what we got in Classified already.
 
Now if they wanted to do a “stealth” variant of ARAH v2 Eel (with a stealth robot shark) that would be pretty damn cool. Blue parts in black, yellow parts in gunmetal or deep purple, green eye lens . . . I’d grab it.
