Day 255 - Road Pig - (Sonic Fighters) (5/25/26)

Rumor Week brings us back to the Sonic Fighters! Another version of Road Pig was rumored for this year. We already listed the unproduced Ninja Force version, which leaves us this guy.

You’re goddamn right I want dayglo 90s Road Pig!!! This guy is ludicrous to the max and I fucking love him. Road Pig forever!
Bonus if he gets a DIC-style ponytail head.
 
Argh. I don't NEED a second Road Pig, but once again this was the version that lasted in my childhood collection so I like him and also I made myself like Road Pig more with the damned file cards, so here I am.

Road Pig is my least favorite Dreadnok and I'm not sure the cosmic bowling version of him will win me over at all.
 
Geez the Sonic Fighters version of Road Pig is really an assault on the eyes. I don't really care about getting him in Classified, but again I will if made.
 
Day 256 - Cobra Officer - (Retro) (5/26/26)

Rumor Week takes a turn into reissues with speculation on what a Retro version of the Cobra Officer may look like. Basically brighter blue!

Of course! A variant is a variant, whether color or accessories. When you stick it in with your other army builders, you get the idea of "Well, this is the color that we had left, so put it on, shut up, and get in ranks!"

Probs. I'm also a sucker for simple repaints so if they want to finally make some desert, artic, swamp, urban, forest, mountain, tropical, jungle, florida man, eurotrash, pink power ranger, whichever ones, I'll probably buy.
