I don't hate the Duke, I like the colors and overall profile. If anything, I would say smooth out the vest/top. The plates on the chest, abs and back look a little odd on him. It's funny, if this design was from a totally different IP, i would have zero issues, it's not a bad design in and of itself.

I like this design, but I have no doubt that if they were to ever do this the helmeted head would just be another Steel Corps helmet and I am getting a bit burnt out on that as the defacto masked army builder alternate head sculpt.

And that head was kinda the "steel corps" head of that period since they used it in the same manner. I still like it more than the Steel Corps one though.

I feel like the best way to do a more generic version of that guy is just to give him a new Duke head, but also give him all the parts to the Mutt helmet assembly, in desert deco.

I'm not WILD about the redesign, but I find it less tacky than the overblown redesigns for some of the comics. Like I don't NEED the armored look, but ti's streamlined enough I couid have fun with it. Let's call it "yes if I haven't had a glut of Classified figures in a few months and I'm thirsty for Duke"

Happy Monday with the latest EA video game concept art, a unique ninja that could have some shelf canon that differentiates him from the original or even Version 2 Night Creeper.
