The night before/early morning on release date, Zartan will almost certainly be available on target’s website for shipping and/or local pickup, this happens virtually every time with Target exclusives. Sucky and annoying, but fairly reliable.
I preordered stuff all over the place this morning, did manage to grab Zartan on pulse and target. Went semi-heavy on the RGuards, they are so versatile and cool. Kept it kinda tight with Hydros, they seem like they would be rare and not a huge group of troops. Although I think my head-canon will be that the more human head is “stage one mutation” and the “helmet” is “stage two”.
