Professor Rottclaw’s is particularly awesome, as is Sundown’s.
Also Rottclaw’s real name is “Crispin Killgore” and he comes from a very wealthy South African family. Sounds like he is neighbors with Elon Musk.
Oh and Headman is canonically a cartel leader now and there is a big organization called “Lords of the Underworld”.

The more I look at his file card, Rottclaw is pretty obviously a deliberate swipe at Elon Musk.

GI Joe ARAH #325 just debuted two new Joes, RC and Down Range, and they are getting "file cards" in the back of each issue which I suspect are written by Hama. This month's file card for RC really had Hama's voice. Let's get figures of those two while we're at it (even though the 60th anniversary Marine sniper could easily pass as Down Range).
As for Sundown, COPS n Crooks had a gun-slinging, cowboy hat-wearing character by the same name, that'd be cool if they were the same guy.
You know, new characters used to be the rule rather than the exception back in the day. Now that the classic Joes, 1982-1986, are all but accounted for, why not go back to that formula.
