Showbiz Pizza Place was a predecessor to Chuck E Cheese. It changed its name to Fun Time Pizza Circus, retaining the same animatronic rock band that features a bear playing banjo, an ape playing keyboard, and a mouse cheerleader, among others. It was both exhilarating and horrifying. I barely remember an arcade, but have hazy memories of the robot band.

Yeah just saw this being reported on some live streams on Youtube.

On the one hand I am a bit sad, but on the other my wallet is doing a happy dance (little does it know what I have in store for it now).

I go back to my thought earlier in the year that it was kind of strange that none of the brands had any hints on Haslabs yet when last year the TF Haslab was done in the first quarter. So I am going to go out on a limb and say that there won't be any Haslabs this year from Hasbro. Which, again, is fine by my wallet.

Also it doesn't mean there won't be MTO (Made-To-Order) offerings. Which I would prefer they go to going forward and only come back with a Haslab when they can offer something really special. I don't really need the electronics and the hassle of waiting for almost 2 months before the thing will finish funding and then have to pay upfront and wait a year+ to get the product. I much prefer having a preorder and only pay for it when it is ready to ship.

And B-Mac is playing the old marketing/publicity game of putting out "bad" news at weird times where it might get lost in the shuffle.
 
Kinda relieved no Haslab from a financial aspect. Disappointed from the wanting cool stuff perspective.

Is that it so far? Probably the Legacy Arctic figure, Dusty and Sandstorm possibly? Night Force Psyche-Out? Grand Slam and his doodad?
