G.I. Joe Classified Beamish-Style Weekend Vehicle Poll - #80 - Laser Artillery Weapon (RAH)

Okay. This would be a true beast in a Classified scale. Unfortunately, I am in no shape to mortgage my house for a vehicle playset (and probably wouldn’t even if I was). I likely couldn’t store it even if I did get it.
One way I could see this happening was in a series of smaller linking playsets that could fit together to assemble this. Each segment released with a Joe to help sell it. This would still be an investment, but a more financially workable one. A modular framework would mean it could be disassembled and stored more easily. This would be a bit of a risk on Hasbro’s part if it didn’t sell well, and a risk on the consumer’s part if they didn’t finish all the parts. A HasLab would still be grossly expensive, so making it modular and released in sections might be the best solution.

The 1:18 one is dumb. A 1:12 one would just be dumb and cost as much as a mortgage payment.
 
What would be kinda fun, if I'm even in a position where my children don't live here anymore, is having a full nerd room and getting a bunch of sheets of styrene and just making my own damned Mobile Command Center for the Classified guys. Even as a kid though, I had a problem with the lack of ceilings. Wild Weasel could come in and take out everyone if that thing is set to lounge mode.

I often fantasize about all the cool giant dio things I could have if I could regain the days of having an entire room or more devoted to just my toy collection. But then I remember that I don't even do the little dio items I keep telling myself I should do that'll fit on a single shelf.
 
Heh yeah... I probably won't either. I WILL definitely get a mannequin for the Fett suit though, and mount my original jetpack on the wall. Otherwise, just shelves 'n' shit.
